2017 – 2018
Before The Vavengers became a registered charity, we hosted public events to raise money for activists and grassroots organisations working to end Female Genital Mutilation/Cutting (FGM/C). These events made us who we are today as they set an example for how performing and non-performing communities can be united in ending all Violence Against Women and Girls – sharing knowledge and stories through art.
