Please note that we manage our volunteering support on an ad hoc basis, and we welcome ideas in which you can run in support of The Vavengers. For example, one of our volunteers, Julia, recently set up a book club and another volunteer organised an FGM/C awareness day at their university.

Community Ambassadors

We are always recruiting Community Ambassadors to support. A Community Ambassador can be an individual or a small organisation Founder/Director working to end FGM/C or other forms of Violence Against Women and Girls.

We work with Community Ambassadors to deliver our work supporting survivors, educating members of public and creating awareness to protect children and women at risk. Please fill in the baseline survey here to get started. Then we will be in touch as soon as possible to setup an interview.

We are rapidly expanding our pop-up support hubs around London and the UK. Due to the nature of our activism, we need to protect the women we support and our team. Safety and protection is our priority; the person applying for this position will need to have a background in operations.
